An Orange Beach lot is small, expensive, and usually hemmed in by neighbors, canals, or the road, so clearing it is precision work rather than brute force. We take the scrub and pine off cleanly, grub the roots out of the sand, and leave a pad-ready footprint without disturbing the dunes, the setbacks, or the trees the plan says stay. Where the lot sits low, we follow the clearing with fill and grading to bring the pad up toward base flood elevation, because on this island the clearing and the flood map are one conversation.
